HOOGHEID  t_u t_u t_u t_u

IPA from ( brewfirm) de Vleesmeester, brewed at Anders, with an ABV of 9.0%. New
brewfirm and new brew for me.

Pours a rosey golden amber with a huge rocky creamy and bubbly head. Great lacing.

Lovely sweet and citric aroma of spices, hops, herbals, and exotic fruits.

It's medium bodied, and nicely carbonated with a slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Very
smooth in texture and taste it's fresh, crisp, citric, herbal, hoppy, spicy and
with exotic fruits, and sweet malty, with a very long, dry and slightly bitter
finish. Hints of pepper, chili and ginger. Layered and with just enough complexity
and balance for the style, and with good depth of flavour. Very easy drinking,
and almost up there with some of the best for the style. Great stuff!

Cheers!
