Brewery Wilderen is quite popular lately. Pure coincidence this is.
Saturday, we went to Bernie's Beer Bar here in Bruges.

Gold medal in 2023!

A truely excellent beer that gets my full appreciation and satisfaction.

This is a dark top-fermented heavy beer, refermented in the bottle.
10.2% Vol. Available from keg and bottle.
The best flavors interwoven in one beer. What a great balance between beer and whisky.
Malty, candy sugar sweet, slight hoppy, infused with their home made Wild Weasel Whisky.
Also some subtle aromas of bourbon, fruity notes of vanilla and licorice.
Cuvée Clarisse Whisky Infused is a fusion of their Cuvée Clarisse 9.2 vol% and their Wild Weasel Whisky.

I can only recommend ! What a beauty folks
