Hi,
Yesterday was HOPtimist beer pub time again here in Bruges.

To my surprise, I noticed a new Belgian tripel on the menu  :exclamation:
Ypra Hoppy Tripel, a 10 vol% blond and hoppy delight, brewed at bry. Omer Vander Ghinste.
Call it an upscale version of the already existing Ypra Hoppy Blond at 6 vol%.
I must say that I'm very  well surprised with this beer.
Great body, creamy, spicy, and very earthy hoppy too. Great creamy white head too.
The beer is very hazy, and it's mentioned on the label that wheat is used as ingredient, hence the hazy appearance.
That's definitely a beer that will become successful here in Belgium, and let's hope abroad too  F_C
I want another one....  :beer2:
Cheers,
Filip
