Hi,
Time for a beer pub I never visited, which is a true shame on me, because it is located so close to my hometown of Bruges  :-X

Kaffee Bistro LꞰKRS - Snellegemsestraat 4A, 8210 Zedelgem

It is Xmas time, and the interior has been beautifully adapted. Simple fantastic  t_u

Their beer menu can be considered top-quality.
You can observe the beer menu at https://www.lkkrs.be/qr/index_menu.html
The name LꞰKRS is derived from the Dutch word "LEKKERS" (without the vowels), and turning the first letter K into that opposite direction. Translated, it simply means "GOODIES" or Delicious.

I started with their excellent house beer, called Hoppepoj.
A 6.5 vol% dry-hopped beauty, made at nearby brewery Bryggja (Moerkerke).
Nice blond and hazy beer, with a rich, fluffy, glue-ish head.
Folks, this is that PERFECT copy of Hommelbier from brewery Leroy.
This means, deliciously hopped and dry-hopped with earthy local hops from Belgium.
This blond beer is exclusively brewed for Kaffee bistro LꞰKRS, and developed by beer firm Hoorncraft, who brews at Bryggja by brewmaster Nils Maenhout!

That Hoorncraft Quadrupel was such a great second tasting !!
More info about the two beers on the left ASAP over here.

Last beer, but certainly not the least: Delirium Black Barrel Aged from tap! 20 litres keg - 11.5 vol%
A deep amber beer, matured in oak Bourbon barrel
Aroma: vanilla, alcohol, spicy
Taste: caramel, Bourbon, vanilla, a hint of almond
Aftertaste: alcoholic, wood tones, mildly bitter

This pour came at €5.00 - One word: WAUW !!

It's clear, we need to visit this abolutely fantastic place asap again .... and again.
