PALJAS WINTER WHISKY INFUSED  t_u  t_u  t_u

Winter Season brew, with infused Whisky, from Henricus, brewed at de Leite,
with an ABV of 7.5%. New brew for me.

Very subtle aroma, with some malts, hops and spirit.

Pours a deep dark burgundy, with a frothy creamy head. Great lacing.
It's thin to medium bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Some complexity,

nicely balanced and good depth of flavour. Plenty of caramel, burnt malts,
coffee, milk chocolate, mocha, cocoa powder, and hops. Very smooth, and
easy drinking. Dry yet fruity throughout, with only a feint background hint
of any Whisky/spirits! What there is tastes more like Cointreau than Whisky
which is strange. Nice brew but not one of the best for the style.

Cheers!
