VIVEN NEW ENGLAND IPA  t_u  t_u  t_u

New England IPA from Van Viven, brewed at de Proef, with an ABV of 4.1%.
New brew for me. Bought directly from the "brewery".

Pours a cloudy golden blonde, with a smallish creamy frothy head. Some
lacing.

Strong fresh sharp piney, resiny, herby hoppy aroma, with grapefruit
pineapple and spices.

It's thin bodied, and nicely carbonated. There is a level of complexity,
it's balanced, and there's good depth of flavour especially for the low
ABV. Very sharp, crisp, and fresh; bone dry and bitter, with lots of pine,
resin, grapefruit, pineapple, spices, and hops. Nice refined quality.
Good stuff!

Cheers!
