Lambic Fruit beer from Lindemans, with an ABV of 8.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a deep ruby burgundy, with a rocky creamy frothy head. Excellent lacing.

Sweet aroma of sherbet, cherry, and sugar.

It's medium bodied, and nicely carbonated. There's enough complexity, it's
nicely balanced, and there's good depth of flavour. Initial sweetness fades
rapidly to be far more dry and bitter- it's definitely no "sugar bomb".
Sweet-sour interplay, with lots of lambic profile- tart, acidic, sharp, crisp,
bretty, almost puckering finish. Tons of fruit including those used in
production- blueberries, blackcurrants and black elderberries. Great brew!

Cheers!
