Strong Blonde Ale from Omer Vander Ghinste, with an ABV of 8.0%. Last
tasted in 2014. Their flagship brew.

Pours a crystal clear light golden, with a creamy frothy head. Good
lacing is produced.

Hoppy herbal aroma.

It's medium bodied and well carbonated with a fizzy effervescence that
lasts throughout creating a lovely soft filling mouthfeel. Good
complexity, well balanced and great depth of flavour. It tastes crisp
and fresh, with hops, gentle herbs and spices, some grain and lemon,
with a malty background, berry fruits, a little earthy, and even
some pepper in the finish. Overall nice and dry, quite bitter too.
Great stuff!

Cheers!
