Blonde Ale from Ruimtegist, with an ABV of 6.5%. New brew and
new (micro) Brewery for me too.

Pours a crystal clear pale golden blonde with a large rocky frothy
bubbly head. Good lacing.

Lovely aroma of fresh crisp hops and some spices.

It's thin to medium bodied, and nicely carbonated. Refined, crisp, sharp with
lots of hops and malts providing an initial sweetness followed by a dry and
slightly bitter finish. Some complexity, nicely balanced and good depth of
flavour for the ABV. The fruits especially the citrus grow stronger as it
warms. It's a nice classy brew, a bit like a weak St.Feuillien Grand Cru,
which is quite a compliment. Very good brew for the style. Lovely summer
refresher!

Cheers!
