Flanders Red Ale, with cherries. From SOSAB with an ABV of 6.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a lovely deep ruby burgundy with a bubbly head. No lacing.

Strong aroma of marzipan, cherry stone and cherries.

Medium bodied, with an initial fairly effervescent fizzy mouthfeel which subsides
as it warms. Nice complexity, rounded, and good depth of flavour. At its coldest
it's tart, sharp, crisp, sour, acidic, and fruity with lots of cherries, raspberries
and blackberries. Mellows as it warms to become smooth, and very easy drinking with
caramel, honey, balsamic vinegar all in a dry bitter but sweet finish. Excellent
