ROCHEHAUT IPA  t_u  t_u  t_u

IPA from Rochehaut, with an ABV of 7.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a deep golden blonde, with a huge rocky creamy bubbly head. Excellent
lacing.

Herbal hop and tropical fruit aroma.

Thin to medium bodied, and nicely carbonated. With some complexity, it's well
balanced, and has good depth of flavour. Fresh, crisp, dry, very easy drinking,
However, this brew is unusual as although there's the expected tropical fruits,
citric herbal hops it's quite malty and there's a lot of caramel, toffee, thyme,
potpourri, grass, papaya and mango along with grains which gives it a pretty
unique profile. Nice, but quite different....!

Cheers!
