I cannot find anything online about Maenhout closing, except that the couple who
started the brewery are retiring and selling up....

Thijs Maenhout and Birgit De Rammelaere, the couple behind Koeketiene beers, have said goodbye to their brewery Brouwerij Maenhout.
The brewery was taken over by new owner Pieter Maes on July 1, who will continue the work from Oostnieuwkerke.

Pieter Maes is (or was) brewmaster at bry De Brabandere.
The article says he will continue working from Oostnieuwkerke.
I presume the brewery equipment from Maenhout will be moved from Pittem to Oostnieuwkerke, and brewmaster Pieter Maes will brew the beers from Maenhout on that new location.
