Blonde Ale from de Bock, with an ABV of 7.2%. New brew for me.

Pours a pale golden blonde, with a huge rocky bubbly creamy head. Great lacing.

Aroma of malts, herbal hops, and spices.

It's thin to medium bodied, and nicely carbonated with a filling, creamy, soft
and smooth luxurious mouthfeel, and taste. Good complexity, nicely rounded, with
good depth of flavour. Phenols and herbal hops dominate, with lots of malts,
spices, honey, caramel, orchard fruits, yeast, and with a lovely long strong dry
and bitter finish. Excellent brew!
