Hi,
It is a great combination when pairing that strong Gulden Draak with blue cheese!



That was done at home.
Call this the holy French blue cheese trinity.
Fourme d'Amber - Bleu d'Auvergne - Roquefort 😍
French baguette and quality Camargue salted butter.
For me, the Roquefort is the better one -
