Hi guys,

I quote from a recently received email:

"BeerSelect invests 15 million euros in new brewery at Ghent port: Ward Schouppe for Radio 2 (VRT) reports that BeerSelect (contracting for others in the largest brewery in Ghent) is now building a new brewery of 10,000 square meters in the port of Ghent. 5 million liters of beer will be produced per year, each time commissioned by private individuals or other companies. The investment of 15 million euros will also create 15 new jobs. The Ghent-based company is currently developing 500 different beers for more than 200 customers."

That is some investment! Lots of smaller breweries worldwide are now closing because of the difficult economic climate. This facility will provide opportunities for lots of smaller beer organisations to brew without too much financial risk.

Possibly 500 new beers......!!!

Cheers!

Wow, that's some amazing news Viv!
BeerSelect is most probably THE relevation of 2021.
They already produce such a vast amount of contract brews!
We sure will experience a huge raise in Belgian beer firms too.
Looking forward to this evolution.
Cheers,
Filip
