NACHTRAAF ZOMERSE WITTE  t_u  t_u

Summer wheatbeer from de Nachtraaf, brewed at van Steenberge, with an
ABV of 5.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a pale golden yellow with an enormous rocky bubbly and creamy head.
Excellent lacing follows.

Sweet aroma of sherbet and spicing.

It's thin to medium bodied, and nicely carbonated with a soft filling mouthfeel,
and so it's very smooth and creamy in texture and taste. Some complexity,
with grains, lemon, sherbet, chalk, malts and hops. Initially sweet but becomes
more bittersweet, and with a longer more dry finish. Average for the style.

Cheers!
