ENFANT TERRIPLE D'HIVER WHISKY INFUSED  t_u  t_u  t_u  t_u  t_u

It's the Enfant Terriple d'Hiver that has been Infused with Whisky ,
from de Leite, with an ABV of 8.8%. New brew for me. Ingedients include wheat malts, oats, rice and herbs.

It pours a crystal clear golden amber with a bubbly frothy head. Some lacing.

Aroma of hops, malts, spices, peat and whisky.

It's thinnish to medium bodied, nicely carbonated; complex, layered, balanced, and with great depth of flavour. It's rich, smooth and luxurious; and fresh and crisp especially at its coldest although it does mellow, and it's sweet with sugar and syrup, caramel, along with hops, malts, esters, grass roots, herbals, juniper and grainy malts. The whisky is apparent throughout, and the elements of the base Triple and the oak ageing of the Winter element are also there throughout too. Nice brew!

Cheers!

Wow Viv, that sounds rather complex, and very nice! You sure find some lesser known gems.
