MOENRYE TRIPLE  t_u  t_u  t_u t_u t_u

Farmhouse/Saison Ale from Alvinne with an ABV of 9.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a crystal clear light golden amber, with a huge creamy frothy head. Good
lacing.

Subtle aroma of malts, hops, grain, spices and funk.

It's medium to full bodied, and nicely carbonated with a thick filling slightly
gassy mouthfeel; and smooth, rich, creamy and luxurious in texture and
taste. Some complexity, good depth of flavour and well balanced. Plenty of
malts, hops, grains ( especially the rye used in the brewing process ),
along with some subtle hints of dough, yeast, fruits, honey, caramel,
herbals and florals, and maybe even some background funk and tartness.
Overall very bitter and dry from start to a long finish. Great stuff!

Cheers!
