LA CAMBRE TRIPLE  t_u  t_u  t_u  t_u

Triple from La Cambre, brewed at Anders, with an ABV of 7.2%. New brew for me.

Pours a golden blonde, with an enormous billowing frothy creamy head. Great lacing.

Lovely frsh hoppy aroma.

It's medium bodied, and well carbonated. Initally sweetish and crisp, fresh, hoppy, malt based, and creamy; it's easy drinking, balanced, complex, and good depth of flavour. As it warms the fruit- grapefruit, lemon, lime, tangerine- totally dominate
along with some florals, and it then has a long dry bitter finish. Great brew, although unfortunately not one of the best for the style.
