ENAME PATER   

Blonde Single Ale, a Certified Abbey beer from Roman, with an ABV of 5.5%. New brew for me.

Pours a golden blonde, with a huge creamy frothy head. Great lacing.

Herbal hoppy fruity aroma.

It's thin bodied, and nicely carbonated, with a soft mouthfeel. Crisp and sharp, refreshing, with lots of caramel, honey, herbal hops, very fruity with grapefruit, tangerine, lime, malts, spices with a grainy, dry and bitter finish. Good complexity and depth of flavour, and well balanced, despite the low ABV. Nice brew!
