Hi,
Tomorrow, we're off to France again.(18 days)
A bit of the same region as last year, i.e. Ardèche.
We will also visit the region of the river Tarn, incl. the "gorges du Tarn".

Last year wasn't that beery. France isn't really a beer country, especially when heading south.
But I still will do my upper best to find some local beers, and savor them ofcourse.
One of our goals is to pay Roquefort-sur-Soulzon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roquefort-sur-Soulzon) a visit.
This is where they make one of the best cheeses in the world, i.e. Roquefort. We actually stay there for about 4 days.
There is about 6 micro breweries in the near environment there, so there will be local beer available  t_u

If Covid permits, we sure will hit Thailand again next year !!!

Cheers,
Filip

I'm on Holiday tomorrow after that shift, and Sunday morning we're off to France.

Filip
