KLUIZ WINTER  t_u  t_u  t_u  t_u  t_u

Winter ( amber ) beer from Kluiz, with an ABV of 10.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a deep ruby amber rose with a good sized creamy frothy head. Some lacing.

Sweet malty hoppy spicy aroma.

It's full bodied, with a well carbonated soft slightly effervescent filling mouthfeel. It's complex, balanced, rounded, layered and with great depth of flavour. Smooth, luxurious texture and taste, and remarkably easy drinking. At its coldest there's lots of summer fruits, herbals, hops, malts, and spices. As it warms then the grains, minerals, vanilla and florals dominate and the dry bitter-sweet finish becomes more paramount. Outstanding brew! Reminds me a little of Tsjeeses.

Cheers!
