EL DORADO TRIPLE IPA  t_u t_u t_u t_u t_u

Triple IPA from Enigma, with an ABV of 10.0%. New brew for me.

Pours a deep golden blonde with a large rocky frothy foamy head. Good lacing.

Spicy hoppy aroma.

It's full bodied, and nicely carbonated, with a thick filling mouthfeel.
As it's neither Triple nor IPA it isn't that balanced as it seems to alternate between
the two, rather than tasting as a blend, but it has complexity and good depth of
flavour. It's crisp and sharp at its coldest, with plenty of citric hops, tropical
fruit, pine, and phenols along with a stringent bitterness from the IPA, whilst the
Triple provides caramel, honey, lemon and a sweet maltiness. Definitely a great brew
regardless, and also tending towards the higher quality for the style. Recommended!

Cheers!

No surprise Viv !
They make some damn fine quality at Enigma. This one is brewed at Eutropius.
