A Trappist Westmalle tripel for Katrien.



This sure is one of the better Van Steenberge beers, and this one has been oak aged! 10.5 vol% strong.



Our second order!

Kasteel tripel for Katrien and a "raw whisky infused" wonder of brewing @ 8 vol% by bry Stokhove (Waardamme). Triple Joe.
A small dish of dried sausages to pair with.

Folks, this is terrace pleasures in the warm Belgian sunshine taken to that next level.
