Fantome Hiver

Hi everyone

Yesterday was my first #belgiansunday Facebook post of 2022, so I chose a beer from what is undoubtedly one of my favourite breweries...Fantôme, and perfectly fitting for the season opted for Dany's Hiver (Winter) an 8% Saison brewed with "secret" spices

Deep brick red beer with a typical Fantôme towering off white head.
Instantly Belgian with that text book yeast stamp, orchard fruits, caramel, rye bread, biscuit, spices (coriander and clove) Saison funk....stunning stuff 🇧🇪👻❤️



Every time I open a beer from Dany it still gives me that "special buzz" and you know what, it always will.

Dany's beers are very unique. When you drink a Fantome you know you're drinking a Fantome. You can also tell it's not a mass produced beer. It's made in small batches and with a personal touch. Thanks for sharing your tasting with us Jay!
