SLOEBER IPA  t_u t_u t_u t_u

IPA from Roman, with an ABV of 7.5%. New brew for me.

Pours a golden amber with a huge rocky bubbly foamy head. Good lacing.

Aroma of pine, herbals, florals, tropical fruit, and hops.

It's thin bodied, and perfectly carbonated with a filling slightly clingy
mouthfeel. It's crisp and sharp, with lots of pine, herbal hops, citrus,
tropical fruit, grapefruit, apricot, orange peel, esters and phenols,
but the florals dominate throughout. Great depth of flavour, good complexity
and balance, and with a dry bitter finish. Good stuff, not far off being one
of the best for the style.
