BITTERE BLOEMEN  t_u t_u t_u

Amber Ale from de Vleesmeester, brewed at Anders, with an ABV of 6.0%. New brew
for me.

Pours a golden amber with a huge rocky creamy foamy head. Good lacing.

Herbal hoppy aroma.

It's thinnish bodied, and highly carbonated with a slight effervescence.
Not that much complexity or depth of flavour but it's smooth and very easy
drinking. Crisp and fresh, with lots of spices, grains, herbal hops, and with
the florals dominating. And there's some honey, caramel, malt base; overall
it's quite dry and bitter-sweet. Nice brew. ( reminds me of Wittoen )

Cheers!
