BETSY BLONDE 

Blonde Ale from Betsy, with an ABV of 6.9%. New brew for me.

Pours a light golden blonde with a rocky bubbly frothy head. Good lacing.

Spicy, herbal, floral and hoppy aroma.

It's medium bodied, and highly carbonated with a fizzy effervescence creating
a soft gently fizzing filling mouthfeel. Perhaps over fizzy at the beginning
but it does eventually settle down and become more smooth. Malt based, with
hops, grains, honey, caramel, summer fruits, herbals and florals all in a
balanced smooth easy drinking and very nice brew, with good depth of flavour.
