WAARDAMSE SAISON 

Saison beer from Stokhove, with an ABV of 5.6%. New brew for me.

Pours a crystal clear light golden blonde, with a good sized soapy frothy head.
Good lacing.

Light spicy floral herbal hoppy aroma.

It's thin and light bodied, and well carbonated with a slight effervescence
throughout giving a soft spritzy and filling mouthfeel, almost like mineral
water especially with the base mineral taste. Crisp and sharp initially, and
well balanced, with some layered complexity, and it's very easy drinking and
refreshing with plenty of herbal hops, spices, especially pepper and ginger,
along with lots of herbals and florals, with a hint of honey, and with a
sweetish start developing into a dry, slightly bitter and grainy finish.
