URINE DIPA     

Double IPA from du Borinage, with an ABV of 7.0%. New brew and new brewery for me.

Pours a crystal clear golden blonde, with a huge rocky frothy creamy head. Great
lacing.

Strong aroma of citrus and tropical fruits and herbal hops.

It's thin bodied, and nicely carbonated with a rich smooth mellow mouthfeel and
taste, some complexity, well balanced and with good depth of flavour. Crisp sharp
citrics, tropical fruit and herbal hops. Dry and slightly bitter finish.
Very nice, elegant and classy!

Well, when you think about it, all beer ends up just being urine anyway.

Then again, even the most lavish dinner at an expensive restaurant ends up being nothing more than crap in the end (no pun intended).

So, while Urine is not the most appealing name, I give them credit for truth in advertising.

No, only one meaning, i.e. piss
It's like John says, beer indeed becomes urine
They used a blond beer, but a hazy one. In our lab this would mean a bacterial infection (white bloodcells), or a massive amorphous urate presence.
The latter is harmless.
This is a double IPA, and I would suggets to make it a double Imperial Piss Ale.

The picture seems to show a hazy beer, but your description Viv clearly says a crystal clear beer.

Hi guys,

My photos are not very high resolution/detailed unfortunately but
I can assure you that the brew was indeed crystal clear.

These days you need to be standing out from the crowd so any method
to do that will be utilised, even if it involves encompassing words
that carry an altogether different meaning!
