Fantôme held into the light. Orange color.
Tasting that beer gave fruit !! This is unseen before in that Fantôme beer,
as previous versions did had that funky (Brett) taste. Here, NO Bretts
anymore. On the other hand, alot of dried apricots are detected.
No doubt: The new Fantôme has become a refreshing Apricot beer !
Amazing at least....
