The second beer is a Fantôme from the same-named
brewery in Soy. An 8vol% Saison.
When asked after Saison d’Erezée,
Dany Prignon said ‘that he did no longer produced the
beer under that name, but that he now sells it with a
simular label as Fantôme, but instead of the
mentioning of ‘bière artisanale sur lie’, the name is
something like “’season’ bière”.
