Me holding the first tasting glass (= Bless tasting glass).
The objective: Blind tasting the four different PBIS and chosing the best one.
4 different brews. The only difference lays in the fermentation of "4 different" yeast strains. The recipe of this wonderful Imperial Stout is based on Podge's advice. The yeast strains: Dried yeast T58, Whitbread, Irish and Scottisch. The result: 4 different Stouts. All very equal in quality, but some were just that much better.
